My recent stay at Old Town B&B Ida-Maria was fantastic. The location in the heart of the old town was absolutely perfect. I could admire the beautiful river right from my room. The mixture of old buildings from the 1700s and the recently renovated interior created a charming and romantic atmosphere. The room itself was lovely, with comfortable beds and even mosquito screens on the windows. The shared facilities, including the shower and refrigerator, were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast provided a wide variety of options, including Karelian pies, croissants, sandwiches, and more. The smell of freshly toasted bread in the morning was a wonderful way to start the day. Despite a couple of minor inconveniences such as low ceiling beams in the room and confusing light switches, they did not diminish the overall enjoyable experience.

We were impressed with the breakfast that had a wide selection of food, including cereals, toast, and cold cuts. the location of the accommodation was also fantastic, as it was close to many restaurants and cafes, making it easy to grab a bite to eat. we appreciated the complementary Wi-Fi and the helpful staff who gave us a map of the area.

We were disappointed with the shared facilities, as there was only one bathroom and shower for four rooms. This meant that we had to wait a long time to use the facilities.
